The National Bullying Prevention Center founded by PACER is a nationally recognized non-profit group focused on the creation of safe and inclusive schooling environments to all children. The organization provides solutions to bullying by way of education, advocacy, and community outreach not just as a social concern but as an important issue in terms of general health. The mission and vision of NBPC offer a robust strategic plan of action towards the creation of respectful and empathetic spaces and cultures of support to young people.

Among NBPC’s major projects is the National Bullying Prevention Month, held each October.
