1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Course FPX LLC, including our website, SMS communications, and voice calls, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and we will notify subscribers when material changes are made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services and to participate in our SMS or voice messaging programs. By using our services or opting in to receive communications from us, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Description of Services
Course FPX provides mentorship, academic coaching, scheduling and coordination support, enrollment guidance, and scholarship guidance to students. Our role is to support and guide students in developing their own skills and managing their own academic responsibilities. Course FPX does not complete academic work, assessments, or examinations on behalf of students. Services may include responding to inquiries, mentorship sessions, planning and deadline coordination, appointment scheduling, and related support communications.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, forms, or by replying to a message, you consent to receive text messages from Course FPX LLC related to the message types and use cases you selected at opt-in.
These messages may include:
- Responses to your inquiries
- Mentorship and consultation follow-ups
- Appointment and session confirmations and reminders
- Scheduling and deadline coordination updates
- Account and service updates
- Promotional and marketing messages (only if you separately opted in to marketing)
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. The business name “Course FPX” will be identified in our messages so you always know who is contacting you.
5. Voice Calls
Where you have provided your phone number and consented to be contacted, Course FPX may place voice calls to you for consultation, scheduling, support, and follow-up purposes. You may request not to be called at any time, and we will honor that request promptly.
6. Use of Automated and AI-Assisted Communications
Course FPX may use automated systems and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in sending text messages and placing or handling voice calls. This means that some responses, follow-ups, reminders, or call interactions may be generated or assisted by automated technology rather than a live person.
- You can request to speak with or be contacted by a human team member at any time.
- AI-assisted communications follow the same consent, opt-out, and privacy standards described in these Terms.
- You may opt out of automated communications using the instructions in the Opt-Out section below.
By opting in, you acknowledge and consent to receiving communications that may be automated or AI-assisted.
7. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. In addition to keyword replies such as STOP, quit, unsubscribe, cancel, opt out, end, or revoke, you may also opt out through any reasonable means, including by emailing us, calling us, or submitting a request through our website. After you opt out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To stop voice calls, you may tell our team or reply to a message requesting no further calls. We honor all opt-out requests promptly.

9. Our Compliance Commitments

13. Payments
Fees for our services are described at the time of booking. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
14. No Guarantees
Course FPX provides guidance and support but does not guarantee any specific academic outcome, grade, admission, or scholarship result. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Course FPX LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Course FPX LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
