This task emphasizes communication skills, stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer in healthcare environments. Ultimately, this presentation serves to drive adoption of improvement strategies within an institution.

 Assessment 4: Dashboard Benchmark Evaluation

This final evaluation involves an in-depth examination of performance dashboard data to evaluate healthcare outcomes. Students identify underperformance trends and propose improvements while justifying their evaluation using national benchmarks and evidence-based standards.
